Taylor Realty Group Powered By Keller Williams Realty is looking for a talented real estate agent to join our team and become an integral part of our team's growth. We are looking for an ambitious, professional, and hardworking agent whose desire is to be a top real estate agent in the Austin area.

We are seeking an individual who is highly sociable, optimistic, outgoing and draws energy from working with others. This individual will be an excellent leader within our organization and will need to be able to work and grow within our team of agents who are all united in their commitment to the team’s standards and achieving the team's goals. This individual will need to have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality.

This individual will demonstrate on a daily basis the knowledge, attitude, skills, and habits of a high-achieving Buyer's Agent who is committed to putting clients first, doing the right thing always, and seeking win-win agreements. You will prospect daily, set appointments, show homes that our clients are interested in viewing, and continue to actively keep in touch with our database. Attention to detail and being highly organized are also traits that are typical of a high-performing agent on our team. The Buyer Agent Specialist will also demonstrate a commitment to learning and will strive for growth by regularly attending courses, teaching others when appropriate, and regularly practicing scripts and dialogues. This individual will be committed to investing in the people on the team and regularly provide them with learning and growth opportunities as well.

KEY ACTIVITIES

- Work a time blocked and pre-planned 30-60 hour week

- Perform daily 2-4 hour lead generation using our state-of-the-art tools and systems.

- Research the market daily-new listing and price reductions.

- Manage and serve 5-20 new clients every month.

- Practice and mastery of sales techniques and dialogue

- Conducting home buying & selling consultations with clients.

- Host an open house at least 3 times a month

- Show clients available properties

- Attend client and team appreciation events.

- Negotiate initial offers and repairs that may come up

- Attend training and educational opportunities regularly

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $60,000.00 - $162,000.00 per year
