What is Keller Williams Associate Leadership Council?

The Keller Williams ALC or Agent Leadership Council is made up of the top 10% of agents in the Market Center. This dynamic ‘board of directors’ is actively involved in the leadership decisions that make us more productive and profitable. The ALC also offer assistance and encouragement to newer agents.
